We have six great stages lined up for you. It is September in Florida and we all know what that means, chance of rain and lots of humidly. We will be shooting most of our stages in the shade with fans. As always we will have water and Gatoraide in the refrigerator. Next month we are planning to shake things up a little bit and have an old school SASS match! Look forward to seeing you all this weekend. Gates will open at 7:00. To help expedite registration please read the following items carefully. Registration: A. Jane Deere will expedite the registration forms. Please respond to this email if you plan to or think you might attend. We will need the following information: · Alias · Category · Who you would like to posse with. B. We will not have posse lists for you to sign up on. We will start building possess as people sign up. C. If at all possible please have exact change when registering D. We ask that you please maintain social distancing when coming up to register. Match: A. We will be moving back to normal size posses, but please remember to keep social distances. · We will be taking the mandate seriously and will ask you to leave the range if you are continually out of compliance, this is a gun club rule that was established at last night’s board meeting. B. We have set up extra loading tables or expediting tables on each bay & ask that no more than 3 people at a time use the loading tables · Please only one person per table. · Remain at your table until called on by the RO. C. We will have hand sanitizer and or wipes to be able to wipe down timers and pens for each posse. D. Scores will need to be placed in the basket outside the office after each stage. E. We will have an awards ceremony. The ribbons will be placed on the table for winners to pick up if desired. F. We will not be serving lunch until further notice. Please bring your own snacks. We will have water and Gatorade. Additional Information/Guidelines: A. If you are sick or don't feel well, stay home! Better safe than sorry. B. If you concerned that is still isn’t safe, please do not feel obligated to come. C. Elbow bumps please - save handshakes & hugs for later! D. If you want to wear a mask or gloves, please do so. Cowboy bandanas are encouraged!
