Hmmm... With a cross-draw, I pull left gun first with right hand. With double strong side, I usually pull right gun first.
Depends on the next movement position, or which long gun us next. If shotgun next i pull left first, to grab shells while holstering right, if rifle right first to holster left last while picking up rifle.
