Congratulations to all the EOT winners. Hopefully we will see some changes in the near future that will bring EOT back to the east side of the Mississippi soon. We have been hard at work with range improvements with several more on the books to have done by the end of the year. We will be testing out some new targets this month that we hope to include in January. There has been some question about bringing back the smokeless category to Darkness Falls and A Dark Day On The Santa Fe. After some conversations we have decided to bring it back with some modifications to what it had been in the past. Darkness Falls: Reduced entry fee of $35. This is for those who don’t want to shoot black powder, but want to come out and have a good time with their friends. You will receive shooter gift, name badge, shooters book, and Thursday lunch. No awards will be given. A Dark Day On The Santa Fe: Reduced entry fee of $55. This is for those who don’t want to shoot black powder, but want to come out and have a good time with their friends. You will receive shooter gift, name badge, shooters book, Thursday & Friday night dinner as well as Saturday lunch. No awards will be given. I would like to encourage everyone to register early! Awards have to be ordered 7 to 8 weeks before the match, which roughly puts it around the week of Thanksgiving. However many is registered at that time dictates rather the awards will once again be conches or if we will go back to the trophy buckles. Rocky Creek Shooter and Bucky Buckskin have agreed to have another chili dinner Thursday night on the range. We have also decided to keep the Friday night banquet on the range as well. Fillable match applications and vendor form is attached. Keep any eye out on the website for updated shooters list as it becomes available.
